1. How can I book?
- To book a reservation, go to the property you would like to book and check the calendar for availability. If the desired dates are available, fill out the information for that property and go through the booking process. Additionally, our properties are listed on VRBO and Airbnb, however we encourage guests to book direct as that will save both the guest and us from having to pay added fees.
2. Is my booking protected?
- Yes! We use a property management system and software with encrypted security features, so your information is safe!
3. What is your cancellation policy?
- We know this is a question many guests may have when making a reservation. Our cancellation policy is a 100% refund if cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date, 50% refund if cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival, and any cancellations made after 14 days are non-refundable. However, if a reservation is cancelled after the 14 days window AND we are able to rebook those days, then we are happy to issue a refund for the days that were rebooked.
4. Are pets allowed?
- Unfortunately, no, we do not allow pets of any kind in our properties.
5. Do your properties have Wi-Fi?
- Yes! We do provide Wi-Fi access in all properties FREE of charge! Wi-Fi speeds may vary, but in some properties we have fiber optic, which is extremely fast.
6. How do I check-in/check-out?
- Our check-in and check-out process is quite simple. All of our properties have self-check-in and out using a smart lock with an individualized code. Guest will receive the Welcome Book for the property about a week prior to their arrival. This book will cover important details about the property, including amenities, house rules, check-in and out procedures, etc. The day before a guest arrives, an email will be sent with the check-in instructions, as well as the code to access the property. For check-out, an email will be sent the day before check-out with instructions on what to do and when to check out. Check-In Time: 4:00PM Check-Out Time: 10:00AM
7. When will the security hold be released?
- Typically, the hold is released no more than 10 days after the end of the reservation, so this gives us enough time to check the property out to make sure no damage was done. Once it has been determined that no damage occurred, then the hold will be released.
8. Can I get an early check-in or late check-out?
- Yes and no. There are many factors that go into the possibility of an early check-in or late check-out, and each reservation is different, so it is best to reach out to us to discuss this once a reservation has been made.
9. Does Suncation Escapes provide additional services for my stay?
- Yes! We have partnered with a company called The Host Co. so each of our properties has it's very own online store! Items that can be purchased very, but include a personal masseuse, a private Chef, birthday items, private tours, and more. When you make a reservation at one of our properties, you will have access to the online store for that property. All purchases made through the store will be handled by The Host Co. and if it's a service such as a private Chef, then the service provider will reach out to you directly to arrange the details.
